Didn’t know I needed this until I found it.
I ran an HDMI cable through my wall. This made the job extremely easy.

Works great at 4K, expect 1 adapter per pack to break
Use these in my rack builds, but always seem to have 1 lemon in the bag which breaks on the first use, even with me being very gentle.

Not ideal for 4k
they don't work at 4k resolution on the end of a 20ft run, fine at 1080p but dont use them for 4k as they degrade the signal bandwidth too much.

This is a cheap product. I installed two wall plates with 3 HDMI ports each that were connected together inside the wall with 1.5 ft HDMI cables. I connect my TV through a 6 ft cable to one of these keystone couplers, connected to the 1.5 ft cable, connected to another of these couplers, and then through another 6 ft cable. In each run there was 13.5 ft of cable and two of these HDMI couplers. I was unable to get any of the 3 runs show full 1080p resolution without noise. One of the couplers broke apart during install and had to be replaced, and another just simply didn't work at all. I was able to get 720p resolution to show up on all 3 runs. I was able to get 1080p to show up clearly when these couplers were removed from the run. I do not recommend that you buy these if you are looking to run high quality video through a wall.
