This product has arrived very quickly and the price is also great .My first creatine pills as I always used powder form. I honestly can say the pills are much better as you dont make a mess , there is no need for your shaker so you can take them anywhere anytime . Started taking this supplement just under a week so I'm at the end of the loading phase. Seriously I can notice a significant difference in my strength.This could well be the product I have been missing from my training!Feeling the GAINS!!

Searched high and low for good creatine tablet and came across these.I followed the 5 a day for the first few days and then down to two a day after the couple days and after the first week already saw results.I work out 5 times a week and I believe this is part of the reason I got quick results.If you do not do the work alongside this it is pointless taking them.

Coating had come off all tablets due to rubbish packaging allowing them to move around so they are very vey difficult to swallow as they are large anyway. Wont buy again.

Tablets are way too big and make me not want to take them. Gone to an alternate supplier who have smaller tablets and take an extra one.

Really really really like this product. My strength energy and size has all improved. Deffo the best product I’ve used!!
