I’m really pleased with the Bosch Mini Chain Saw EasyChain 18V-15-7, it’s compact but doesn’t compromise on performance. It cuts through wood smoothly and consistently, and the chain speed feels strong enough for regular garden tasks like trimming branches, cutting logs for firewood, or tackling small-to-medium pruning jobs. What I like most is how user-friendly it is. The saw is lightweight and balanced in the hand, making it comfortable to use even for longer stretches. It’s easy to start and control, and I appreciate the thoughtful design that makes switching tasks quick and straightforward. As it’s part of Bosch’s 18V system, it fits the same batteries I already use with other tools, which is super convenient (just remember the battery isn’t included). This is a fantastic little chain saw. I should have bought this years ago. It is lightweight, easily cuts through logs up to 80mm in diameter. Easy to adjust and powerful. Much easier to use than an electric chainsaw on small branches. My only slight worry is that you can easily start the saw using one hand, (need to be careful when starting the saw) though this can also be a benefit.

Bosch mini chain saw is well made, light, comfortable to hold and comes with a 3 year guarantee. Used the saw twice and impressed with how well it cut through 75mm branches. The larger battery is perfect for the saw and supplies ample cutting time. Disappointed that the saw arrived in a cardboard box and not the Bosch plastic box. It is a useful addition to my gardening tools and I am pleased with its purchase.

Very good at cutting green (fir or leylandii) wood. I have not used it a lot so can’t comment on its reliability. Charger is much smaller and easier to store than its predecessors. 2.5Ah battery is a great replacement for the 1.5Ah predecessors (mine are not so good after many years of use and charge/discharge cycles).

Great wee chainsaw, easy to handle and cuts a dream. The smallness of it is deceiving as it can cut through medium sized branches no problem. . The battery is light and lasts a good hour. There is a small ring type gadget to check chain tension , be careful not to drop outdoors as you will never find it, if it was an illuminous colour instead of black ,it would help. Overall good value for money

This tool makes short work of bigger branches. It cuts smoothly, with the guard giving protection for the cutting mechanism. I would recommend chain saw protective gloves for added safety, as well as goggles. Motor is not too loud. Most of my cutting only lasted a few minutes, so battery longevity was never an issue.

Couldn’t be more pleased. Reliable make, easy to use and a good addition to my tool collection.

Great little chainsaw. More powerful than you would think. Surprised me how well it can cut through 10-15cm thick branches. Plenty of power, battery charges quickly. Like with all chainsaws, lubrication and maintenance are key. Battery life is decent enough and what you would expect. All in all, good build quality, works well, reliable, good value.

Great little chainsaw if you have the Bosch 18v batteries. Easy to assemble and excellent power to cut branches on trees or dead wood, with one hand rather than having a large two handed chain saw.
