Sundown Audio X-12 v3 D2 12" Dual 2-Ohm 2000W RMS Subwoofer

this is my first sundown sub. My last system was many years ago and I had Big 1000 W kicker amplifiers running 215 inch kickers in a SUV. I had two 1000 kicker amps running the 215s. I added this subwoofer into a 2.6 ft.³ box I bought from SKAR. And after getting it tuned and first turning it on, I was blown away. I can't seem to state how amazing this sub sounds. The pressure that you feel in the vehicle from the base, power this sub can handle, air. It moves around. It's just amazing. I hook this up to a TARAMPS Smart Bass 3000w amp. this thing has no problem handling the power and I only have that amp up a third of the way and the back window on my BMW X5 is flexing with each base note. If you're on the fence about this sub, do you like Nike and just do it.

10/10 if you want your bass heard from inside

i started with a used skar evl d4,then skar zvx d1.evl sounded best out of them but i found out that skar subs are pertty much disposable bc you cant get parts from skar so i got a def bonce avatar stu d1 that hits very low and hard however it doesnt seem to do much around 60hz or higher.so i grabbed the X12 V3 d2 and after it loosened up a little it sounds great with a pretty wide frequency range even at 1 ohm.i just got a taramps smart 5k for the avatar but i want to hook the X12 up to it to see how it sounds at 4 ohms because i never tried it at 4 ohms on my 3k.but at 1 ohm on the 3k it has the best SQ out of all listed.by pretty far.Update: sounds better and better every day
