No adventure is off limits for the Axiom's superior traction and handling characteristics. TreadWright has been manufacturing remolded tires in the USA for over 30 years. TreadWright uses a remold manufacturing process that is nearly identical to new tire manufacturing. The process starts with a premium casing (Goodyear, Michelin etc.) that has passed a complete integrity inspection. Occasionally we will repair and vulcanize a pinhole leak in an otherwise approved, quality inspected casing. The used tread is buffed off the casing and then completely rebuilt with a new commercial grade tread compound. The rebuilt casing is then remolded with the same presses and manufacturing processes used to cure new tires. These Bead to Bead tires have additional rubber added to the sidewalls and they are remolded with our TreadWright brand. The tread is a commercial grade rubber compound, which has proven to provide up to 25% more tread life than comparable imports in on/off road terrain. Recycled/remolded tires are used in 80% of commercial airlines, emergency response vehicles and school buses all across the US. The DOT has determined that remolded tires and new tires have the exact same defect rate. TreadWright Tires are produced with 70% recycled materials. First experience w/ remold's
I liked the quick shipping. I disliked that when I brought them in to be mounted the tire pro told me he didnt feel safe putting the tires on because the remold was already peeling back. Could have been defects. They looked great though and nice treads.

Good buy for the cost, so far.
I’ve had them mounted balanced and on the road for a week. I have a 14’ Silverado Double Cab 8” lift on 35-12.5-18. 3/4 balanced with 4 oz, one with 7 or so oz. Ride was different at first, had Goodyear Wrangler Duratac, but not bad. Now after a week I am very happy with the purchase, almost all highway miles and are good in the rain. I definitely like the price, I will try and update as I go. A very light hum at highway speed, not bad at all.

Not a replacement for name brand tires
They are very loud and do not ride well. You get wheel hop even after having them dynamically balanced. Not enough attention is paid to the details when making the tires.

Good tire for the old price.
Good tire for $174. The price changed to $250 recently and is too expensive for this particular tire. Buy them at treadwrights website for a cheaper price. I just did. (02/10/2020 edit) Price back to $189.

Great deal will buy again
Easy transaction, got them here followed the static balancing instructions took a little weight, but it rides so smooth. Overall, very happy with the transaction and supporting an American made company
