It works very well for UVB rays without the heat element
If you have heat lamps without light (UVB) these are for you! They do not emit heat. If your reptile needs both heat and UVB due to ceramic heaters, this will do the trick!

Completely unsafe product should be removed. Edited: great customer service.
We had this for a couple weeks until the bulb shorted and almost created an electrical fire in our house. Please do not buy this under any circumstancesEdited: the company reached out to us and helped right this wrong and sent a new bulb. It worked fantasticly afterwards so to me it was worth it. Great customer service.

It comes with a uvb sensor card!!!
The media could not be loaded. I just put the new uvb bulb in and saw it came with a uvb sensor card to test the uvb if the card turns purple under the uvb bulb it’s good if it’s white (doesn't change to purple) it means you need a new uvb I tried it on my old uvb bulb before changing it an it was white so I new it was time to switch it to the new bulb !! Definitely worth it

Good UVB output
As the description says, I’ve tested this bulb and it does put out sufficient UVB. However I’m deducting two stars because the bulb is very big and cannot sit flush on top of the mesh of my vivarium. I have not had this issue with other UVB bulbs I’ve purchased. I will have to buy a hanger for my lights should I choose to use this bulb.
