An excellent tenderiser and better than a hammer.
It works perfectly and as it is stainless steel it is easy to clean.

excellent.. with one caveat
Very well built, and the spikes are very sharp. But.. even with dry hands, very tough meat (hence the tenderiser!), you might find it less than ergonomic for punching through the muscle fibres. You really have to lean into it.. I used this to prepare some brisket for making salt beef. Once it got going (and for most parts of the brisket), it was great for most of the meat, but those cheap (stab-style) tenderiser would allow you to vary the force depending on the meat. If I was to have just one tenderiser, though,, this would probably be it.

Literally doesn't work
I'm a 6f 2" man who does manual labour for a living. I bought this as i love BBQ and do parchetta so wanted to work on the crackling. I smashed this as hard as i could into the pork and it barely left a mark. The blades are blunt and the design means anything other than an perfectly straight impact will cause it to stick. Avoid at all costs.

wanted to soften meat As my Mary was finding it hard to chew steaks. so after looking on google this stood out as number one. definitely no regrets perfect for the job and does the trick.

Superteil Edelstahl,stark im Gebrauch. Fast wie ein ProfiSteaker,eben nur mit der Hand. Damit gelingen die Steaks perfekt.

J'aime : la réalisation tout inox et la solidité de construction J'apprécie beaucoup moins : la force à exercer pour enfoncer les dents dans la viande. Je comprends mieux pourquoi les modèles professionnels font usage d'aiguilles plus fines et dispose d'un système de manoeuvre à levier : l'effet levier permet d'augmenter la pression sur les aiguilles sans augmenter la force à exercer.
