Good quality and easy installation. You don't notice there's ab access concealed but requires a good tiller.

Not the best
Magnets nowhere near strong enough

Did the job
Couldn’t get hold of known brand version so opted for these as meant job wouldn’t be held up.Could be improved by increasing the size of magnet & thickness of plate that magnetises to it.

Great idea but not strong enough to hold 30cm porcelain tiles
I bought these as I was tiling under the bath and wanted to make it easy to remove a couple of tiles should I get a leak. Great idea but not strong enough to hold 300mm porcelain tiles (10mm thick). If I had smaller lighter tiles these would work great. Shame but I kept them for another time.
