Great shelf and great customer service

When I first opened and built the shelf I noticed I received two of the same side panels so one of the sides was wrong. I emailed support and got a quick response. They ended up sending me a new shelf and all the correct pieces were in it.

Would recommend for Montessori playroom

Sturdy shelf made out of real wood, not plywood! Shelves are a good size and a functional height for my 2.5 year old and 8 month old both to reach what they need. I love it!

Misleading

The shelf is pretty sturdy, it functions, went together okay. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is this is not a birch shelf. Maybe it has some birch inside it. It has a, "birch" veneer over top. So I'm not sure what it's even made of. I buy birch furniture because it lasts. This product is definitely misleading when it calls itself birch.
