I bought 2 of these for use after back surgery, needed to have cold compresses for 48 hrs after surgery. They get cool but not cold like ice packs and I ordered the xl sizes, they are big and soft with a great feel on the skin but take up a lot of room in the fridge freezer… I put them in overnight to get cold, they do get cold but not like an ice pack, they will be great for sore muscles and slight swellings but for me it didn’t help much for what I needed… however I would buy again to ease muscle soreness in my back… not a bad purchase just wasn’t what I needed…

The pad is exactly like the one from the chiropractor. 2 pads for less than the cost of one from the doctor, good deal.

It's not very cold. It isn't ice inside the pac it is a gel and it warms up to body temp fast

Fit is ok bottom flips up occasionally but overall great product stays cold for about 30-45 min after freezing and gets cold fast in feeezer

Straps fit well but can not sustain weight of the product. Item was placed in freezer for 4 to 6 hours before using - the temperature came to room temperature in 10 minutes. This was repeated four times. Good design but poor product.

This pair of lower back gel packs are easy to put on; they are soft and flexible even after they’ve been in the freezer. I use mine as cold packs and I took it out of my freezer and within a few mins I put it on. I put it on over my shirt and it was a nice and chilly relief but it wasn’t too cold that it wasn’t unbearable so I’m happy about that because when I use other ice packs I cannot put them immediately on because it is just too cold when they are first taken out of the freezer. The gel packs stay very flexible and it molds/shapes to your body nicely so that the hot/cold relief is going to the location that you need it. The single negative I have on these gel packs is that the seam on the left side of the pack was thicker/harder that it dug into my side after wearing the pack for over 10mins. I would have worn it longer but the stiff seam digging into my side became uncomfortable. So these gel packs worked good for short durations for me and they would have been great if the seam did not dig into my side while I was wearing it.

I like it, it’s comfortable to wear. Only gave it a 4 star because it doesn’t get cold enough for me. I still use it, just wish it was colder.

Returned this item. Does not get cold enough or last long.
