Usually you get the cheap particle board MDF wood where you can see literal pockets of air on the edges with cheap veneer stripping to coat it. This was a much heavier, denser, sturdy, wood product. Went together easily, looks great, stands tall, and has lots of storage space. Very sturdy and lot a lot of room to loosen or weaken over time. Will be ordering more matching FATORRI products for my office.

This is one of the rare reviews I've written on Amazon, largely because of the customer service I received. First, about the bookshelves, they look amazing. No, they're not real wood, but they still look like quality pieces. Because of the cross shelves, metal sides, and thick boards, they're very sturdy. My 2 year old loves putting her dolls (or herself ) to bed in the bottom cabinet, so they're very spacious. The shelves are slightly deeper than I expected, but I'm thankful for that because odd sized books and items can easily fit without looking tacky. I was worried the height would look too short for our 9' ceilings, but I actually think it's perfect. I can put items on the top of the shelf without them towering over the room. Instructions were incredibly detailed and all the pieces well labeled. I put both shelves together by myself; probably 45-60 minutes per shelf. An impact gun did help for the few phillips screw heads. The door magnets are not strong, so the doors have to be carefully shut or they will just bounce right back open. About the company: I ordered two bookshelves. I carefully unboxed all the pieces, laying them out by number, but the last piece in the box (of course it was the last piece), one of the sides with the metal framing was bent significantly. The instructions listed several times to contact the company via email if any problems were found, so I proceeded to do so. They responded within 2 hours offering a replacement piece. However, apparently that piece wasn't available so they asked if the shelf could be still be assembled, and if so, they would offer a $50 refund. If not, they said they would work towards another solution. I realize this was likely the cheapest option for them, but still, I was able to assemble the shelf (the bend is probably not noticeable to anyone but myself) and they honored their $50 refund immediately.

I absolutely love this brand! The building instructions are very clear and easy to use. The building material are very sturdy. It has a very nice color and finish. This is the second piece of furniture I've purchased from this company and I'm sure it won't be the last. I've very pleased and their customer service department is very kind. Ten stars from me :)

It’s a well made piece. Assembly was easy. Instructions were clear. The color was perfect and as shown here. I love the storage and the X details. I left the back off as seen in the pictures. But I did not like the dividers in the middle of the shelves and it’s impossible to assemble without those upright dividers. I ended up trying to sell the piece and so far no luck.

Definitely happy with this purchase, took some time to put together, but it looks great. Good material and a solid bookshelf. Cabinets are deep and have a lot of space. The color looks awesome and overall it came out really good. Would definitely recommend.

Got it while it was on sale! My partner put it together, took about an hour total. He said it was fairly easy, just took a while. Absolutely love how it looks, the doors do stay shut although if you put to much in the doors will pop open. Otherwise inside the doors holds a tooon of stuff its great, holds all my massive cook books, small to medium boxes etc and holds a lot of weight. The cubby spaces are fantastic and I really enjoy that they are individual spaces, not just one long shelf. I even have picture frames sitting atop the shelf. My floors in my home are uneven so I did have to prop it up with some floor pads but this thing is quite nice. You wouldn't be disappointed with it

Love it! Very sturdy and the fact that it comes with so many extra pieces of hardware is unlike any other product I’ve bought on Amazon. I give this five stars. Beautiful! Weight and thickness are just as described! The size is perfect.

A lot nicer than I expected. Received several days before expected. Packaged well. Very clear and thorough instructions. Fairly easy to assemble (did by myself), but did take a little while because much of the assembly needed done with an allen wrench. Came with a few extra parts like a door handle, hinge, etc., but it seems well made so shouldn't be needed. Cloth baskets fit perfectly in the cubby holes. Sturdy, but would definitely recommend attaching to wall due to it's height. Definitely worth the price. Overall I'm extremely pleased and plan on ordering another.
