Great product ruined by installation poor experience
The product works fine...but the installation is a scam. The technician always charges extra. It is a sure shot, that there is always something missing, or he doesn’t have the approved part and has to now put something that is twice the price. So be careful. I got charged rs 1300 for the installation and only got a bill for rs 800. The provided pipes were too short, so I got charged rs 550 extra. And then there were some nipple cocks missing for which I got charged another rs 500. I would go with havells the next time round...the installation completely ruined the brand reputation of AO Smith for me.

On installation it has been found that old geyser was supplied and safety check valve also missing
