Yes it’s safe you need to apply to a paper towel or microfiber towel or a tissue paper and use it but don’t spray or add it directly to the screen.

Does it take off old bathtub stickers

I have never tried it on bathtub stickers but I consistently use it on products that I buy (i.e. plastic plates, cup etc.) that have the barcode or price label affixed with glue. It definitely gets the glue off of those things. Hope that helps.
