This is such a great product that I wish I brought sooner. I brought this for my daughter who does figure skating when our local ice rink closed for maintenance to help her practice her stretches & tricks she does on the ice.The little slits for their hands & feet are genius & so can be easily adjusted by themselves. They have pictures on their to help give ideas which is also useful & helps them gain independence.My 2 sons who are in football clubs use this daily too for some resistance training they love making their own stuff up & again those slits are so good for that.All my kids love this & if you have resistance bands as well it’s a great product to have for the kids to get involved training too.

Step daughter loves it

Stretches my back rlly well and also my quads which are very inflexible😭 Only thing is its hard to actually stretch other muscles like hamstrings or hips unless ur already flexible enough to contort yourself🥲
