Bought these to allow access to stop cocks, piping and electrics that we contained within trunking.300mmx 400mm is ideal for my mobility issues and when fitted they are reasonable to open and close. Not as robust as doors but fit for purpose and im happy overall. Used before for other areas and will use again.

Provided the solution in a panelled bathroom for access to isolation valves. Easy to install.

Great product
Worked well for its purpose, only thing is that it’s tricky to open but I think I wasn’t opening it correctly with the tool provided. Would have been helpful to have instructions.

Just what I needed
looks really good and took 10 minutes to fit

Definitely not junk but not fit for my purpose.
Can’t believe people actually go to the expense of producing such terrible products.Ok if you’re using it somewhere that’s not important such as hallway or bedroom.The material is very fragile and literally held together with tiny lugs that barely grip. The slightest wind would open the hatch.Not insect proof and if used as a roof hatch I think a rats weight would cause it to fall open.Sorry to be so negative but I thought this product isn’t suitable for any reasonable domestic applications.Returned without any problems thanks to Amazon policy.
