Excelente Calidad
Todo excelente, muy buen filo y calidad de acero pero no trae buena funda. Solo viene con una funda inservible y de plastico como bolsa de pvc

That German steel …. Just something about it !
Handle is very comfortable , steel holds an edge very well.The only knock I have on this product is that it does not come with any sheath. But no biggie I will make one for it.BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.There’s 3 brands I been using for processing meat lately and it’s obviously the brand this review is on ( F. Dick) , victorinox & morakniv’s . They never fail .

Great buy!
I bought one of these from a private company about 13 years ago. I use it regularly in the kitchen as well as deboning deer, hogs and sheep. It is a great knife. For the price I can't believe how good of a knife it is. It is high carbon stainless steel made in Germany.

Sehr Guts Messer
Das Messer schneidet teilweise besser ab wie teurer Felitermesser. Die Schärfe ohne große pflege durch Schleifsteine hält auch eine gute Zeit an. Der Fettdeckel vom Roastbeef läst sich gut damit entfernen und bearbeiten. Auch wirklich dicke Sehnen lassem sich damit mühelos schneiden. Fleisch an sich kann man damit gut portionieren, mit einem Schnitt ist man mit der Klinge durch. Das Messer ist sehr flexibel aber Hart genug das es sich bei festen Abschnitten nicht dauerhaft durchbiegt. Auch der Griff ist wirklich super und man kann sehr lange mit dem Messer am Stück arbeiten ohne Beschwerden an der Hand zu bekommen.Top Messer top Marke !

Ausbeinmesser
Sehr scharfes Ausbeinmesser, das gut in der Hand liegt. Ich verwende es zum Zwiebel und Gemüse schneiden.
