Noticeable improvement in energy level and focus on the C4 Smart Energy version. Bought this for working on a critical project, had it in the morning after breakfast. I was able to avoid mental and physical fatigue and keep working for 10+ hours straight, with full on energy, focus and motivation, without needing any breaks/coffee/tea in between. I was taking this for several weeks now to try to improve my focus for studying, and it was doing the total opposite. Whenever i drink this I can't focus or even grasp the most basic concept. It also screwed up my memory and gave me lots of severe headaches and sleep problems. It also tastes horrible compared to diet coke or other diet drinks.

I have tried so many flavours and so far this is the tastiest flavour , never get bored of it , and it make you workout for 3 hours non stop ! Unfortunately must of cans are half empty, so it's a rip off!!!

Tastes good! Not sure if the caffeine is doing anything to me since I consume a lot of it but the tastes good and def perfect to take to the gym! lol that it’s low calories!

This is the best energy drink that I’ve ever had. No alkaline taste like Red Bull, and doesn’t ever feel like my heart is going to pop out of my chest. It’s light and tasty and works great.
