Hands free pain relief! This wearable, portable, rechargeable heating pad is GREAT.
Awesome. I have scoliosis and go through periods of persistent pain and this heating pad works wonders to relieve it. This heat pad provides either or both heat and massage, each with three levels/modes. The wraparound and hands-free format is very comfortable and surprisingly lightweight. The freedom to move around without wires or having to hold the heat pad in place is important for me: I can do mobility work, walk around, and keep working while wearing it.The rechargeable 8000 mAh battery easily lasts me 3 hours after charging. Once charged, I slip it into the pocket on the heating pad, plug the heating pad into it, make sure the battery is on and its ready to go. I cycle it off every 30 minutes then back on as the instructions say. A three second push is all it takes. It also has multiple USB ports and can be used to provide power to phone if needed. The heat does have three levels: 40-45 ℃, 45-55 ℃, and 55-60 ℃, which I confirmed by using it with a thermometer tucked in. Anyone who uses heating pads knows that after a while you can't feel the heat...and being able to turn it up when needed is great. My other floppy heating pad only goes to 55 ℃ and I have to come up with clever ways to keep it where I want it.The massage also has three levels of intensity. It works more like a massage chair and is not just vibration, but combines and alternates different massage patterns including vibration. The two massaging nobs generally sit on the muscles on either side of the spine and do a great job.I have pulled the heating and massage to the front to deal with a stomach ache I had, and this also worked very well. All together, this is a great heating pad and is just what I wanted. Two thumbs UP!I would not say the massage aspect is ideal for knee, neck and shoulders, as the configuration is designed to wrap around the body and secure. But I've played with it and the heat and even massage can be applied to any body part as a pad instead of as a wrap.

Game changer
Comfortable! I use as a back brace when doing yard work. Also, when walking my dog on cold days, the heat is really helpful. Recently pulled a muscle in my back & it was a game changer. On the downside, I wish it came w/2 battery packs so one could be used while charging the other…had to buy a second larger battery to eliminate this issue. Also, the massage portion is too loud. But this has been one of my favorite useful purchases this year & I highly recommend.

Heating pad for your back
I bought this unit with the little skepticism turns out it does a very good job. It works off of your LED plug-in and has a battery pack that lasts longer than I thought it also vibrates so for inexpensive use this is a good product for you.

Could not feel the heat.
It did not heat up the way I hoped; could barely feel it. The vibration however, was very strong. It was also very noisy! You could not run that feature discreetly! Too bad because it did have a nice battery pack & was easy to charge.

good choice for lower back soreness
some mornings i wake up and back pain develops through the monring. in my case, its not always sore right when i wake up and even while my chair is very comfortable, sometimes i need more than good lumbar support.I am very pleased with this heating pad. Overall i think its at least 8.5/10 sometimes and the '5 stars' pattern doesn't always give the flexibility needed. I am going to list several cons so i wanted to get this out of the way at the top. It is very good and helps a lot, there are aspects i would like differently but none are a game changer. The unit comes with an 8000 mah battery that can be used to power more than just the pad, and that is nice. it also can use other similar batteries. This is great because in my case, while you can get about 3 hrs on a full battery charge for the included battery, my battery gets too hot if i have both heat & vibrate on full and 2 hrs at a time is all it can handle. I can swap batteries and continue and when the other cools down swap back to it. I could also use a usb wall plug and not worry about the battery, but where my desk is, that's not convenient due to the cable length & location. this is not really a limitation of the unit but my office. It is very nice that the cable is on the right side, so if you were to wear it while driving you don't have to have the cable across your body to go into the center console or dash.on that note if a longer usb A cable were included, and a wall plug, these would both be welcome additions, but i don't mind that they aren't. I have plenty of both anyway if i want to change it.The pocket fits perfectly an Anker A1263, and I could also use my A1287 but it is a bit tall for the pocket so due to the weight i only tried it once.the vibration patterns are not as pleasant for me as a steady constant vibration. There is not a way to choose a pattern if you like one, and the low/med/high really only change the intensity. some 'chair back' style give this kind of options. If you aren't using the vibration, the location of the motors you may need to shift around a bit before you find what is most comfortable. this is only a minor thing for me. my chair does have quite a lot of lumbar support and if you are in a recliner it may not be an issue at all. I found it was much more comfortable to have a T shirt between you and the pad, i know it says it is soft to your skin and it is, but this worked out better. I wouldn't try to use it over a sweater or jumper though.

Nice heating pad but.......
This is a nice, well-constructed heating pad and I really wanted to like it but..... I'm on the chubby side so I needed the belt extender. Maybe on a slimer person it would fit great, but I could never get it to stay where I put it. Part of the issue I think with me (chubby) is the smooth, soft fabric on the inside it kept sliding down. The switch buttons are inconvenient on the side above the battery pouch and not visible with it on. That's fine with the massager because you can tell when you change levels but not-so-much the heat. The massage motors are quite large and vary uncomfortable when sitting in anything with a back on it. Because of the high capacity of the battery, 8000 mAh, it is also large.I really wanted to like this heating pad and because of some previous experience, I chose this brand but, in the end, not happy. I've returned it for a different brand for a little more money and so far, quite satisfied.
