The best I've tried for constipation
Although my package got damaged in shipping, the seal was still on so I used the product. This is the fastest acting psyllium husk powder I have ever used for constipation. It tastes disgusting, so I put some apple juice in an empty water bottle add the pyslium & shake it really good. I then drink it really fast and follow it with a bottle or two of plain water. Do not lay down for at least 30 minutes after consuming psyllium husk powder. This stuff works wonders just try to drink a decent amount of water throughout the day. In less then 24 hours I'll have a large bowel movement. I take this 3 days a week now to stay more regular. I highly recommend this brand. It works so much better than the orange flavored ones...

Stuff works
I use with 1/4 cup OJ and rest water- I put in mason jar and shake-- mixes much easier. Drink lots of water after. This powder has been a saving grace for my colitis!!
