Antique Bronze Hand Bell

Love this little bell. I bought it because we have a large gong style bell out on our porch during the summer and instead of yelling for our 2 year old dog to come in I taught him to come to the gong. Well winter was coming and we bring in all our chimes and the gong until spring... ugh now what do I do to train him to come without me yelling... bought this bell and would use the gong and then the bell and voila! he instantly came to the bell also! So I bought 2. I keep one in the car in case we go to a friends or family's homes and need to call him. The bell is a great size, made well - although occasionally I have to tighten the handle by turning it but that isn't a big deal. The sound is pleasant and surprisingly loud for the size. Works perfectly and it was a bargain in my opinion.

This little bell has the classic sound of the bell found over a door in an old time drug store. It is also good for summoning help at the bedside of someone needing assistance or perhaps for getting students to focus on necessary instructions. Classic and classy in an inexpensive instrument which should last for a long time - no assembly required!

Wanted for a Santa bell, was smaller than expected, and was not very loud at all. Difficult to hear from room to room. I returned it.

A solid little bell that feels weighty and nice in had. A lovely loud ringing tone.

Sound of bell ringing is not super loud as advertised. It can barely be heard in hall outside bedroom open door. Had to go elsewhere to purchase louder sounding bell

It's small but it has good tone. It will work well for my mother-in-law if she should need help during the night when she visits as her bedroom is a little distance from ours but my wife can hear it.

Smaller than I thought it would be and not as loud as I would like.

Nice way to summon the kids downstairs for dinner without shouting my head off. They respond to it far better. The bell isn’t deafening which is good. It’s tiny and nice.

Bought this brass bell for 93 yr old house bound dad . He takes it wherever he goes . I can hear it all over the bungalow and in the garden as it cuts through other sounds . I’m now a fully house trained first responder ! 🤪👀
