Easy operation and minimal fuss
Excellent for a hard sighted over 80’s person emergency phone…..but he liked the fact that the numbers are read out as one is dialing uses it with more confidence every day.. open to answer and close to end the call..two emergency buttons on the dial M1 & M2 with three more numbers easily dialed. Camera at the rear of the phone has one touch start great if you need a camera all in all a good phone colour to choose as it may help with poor sighted people

Easy to read and see numbers
Good value. Names fiddly to input because using number pad, but my husband wanted a very simple phone Only 9 widgets on screen, so you have to remember the top heading to dig down and do things. I’m used to a smart phone, but this was what my husband wanted and he’s very happy. Open answer, close to cut off. Dead easy

DO NOT BUY. Very hard to understand and it defeated two tech savvy teens to get it to work. Came without cim card. Very bad experience. Set up not for the non tech oldies.

Great.
Very good. Bought it for my 90yo mum to replace an old model that was only 2G. Put a Lebara SIM in and she is very happy. No more PAYG. Of course the phone doesn’t have Internet but mum only uses it for calls and piece of mind when she is out.

More difficult to operate than any other phone I've owned.
Claims to be perfect for elderly users. In fact, it's more difficult to operate than any other phone I've owned. There is what appears to a clear and lengthy instructions sheet but which in fact must have been written by AI because at the conclusion of every step-by-step instruction you reach a blind - sometimes ridiculous - end. If you do manage finally to solve it - nothing like the instructions - then it does work but there are too many intrusive popup diversions, games, radio, recorder, camera etc. This is not a simple phone for calls and texts, which what many people would surely love to have. Why doesn't someone make one? Also, the vaunted long-lasting battery lasts, if left switched on, scarcely a day.
