The product is of very good quality but the packaging needs to be improved. Most of the bottles were leaking and the entire package was grumpy. Packaging quality needs to be improved hence 3 stars otherwise product is 5 star

Never though Arata zero chemicals produces a product with chemicals, but the cleansing/foaming is the best one I have seen so far. Surely worth a try. Smell/texture very mil/plain.

Very strong fragrance.. very little rose, more patchouli. The wash itself is clear in colour, thick, lathers well, and leaves skin soft n not stripped. But just because of the super strong scent, I will not be repurchasing.
