The build quality of these is excellent from top to bottom. Very sturdy frames with durable fabric and hardware between the pieces to keep them tightly connected. The ottoman's even have hydraulics for easy opening. Soft pillow backs, and medium firmness to the foam cushions, which sit atop spring-supported bases for a bit of extra give. The seat backs are a bit lower than I would prefer, but still support an upright position just fine. All in all, the designers and builders show their intentionality and pride in their work with these sofas. I agree with all the other high ratings; the Delaney model deserve every one of them.

I looked everywhere for a ginger color couch and found this one. I was hesitant bc it’s from Amazon and I couldn’t try it out. When it arrived it was easy to assemble but brighter than expected. I wasn’t sure about keeping it at first… I contacted the seller about returning one of the middle seats bc it was wider than I thought. They resolved the issue for me satisfactorily. After about a week all the cushions have fluffed up. I did take the legs off the ottomans and put wheels on them. This is a HEAVY couch and you won’t be moving it much once it’s assembled. Over all, despite my initial doubts the couch has grown on me and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I also want to add I have two dogs and it hide fur well and also is very easy to vacuum.

The seats are one the firm side, but still comfortable. The base is made out of solid wood and weighted a lot more than I was expecting. Great value for the money.

This couch is absolutely amazing for the price. The comfort is pretty average but the design and look is top notch. I’ve received so many compliments on it and every time I’m very excited to tell people I bought it on Amazon! Most people are pretty amazed something so high end looking came from an online Amazon purchase!

Moved into my new apartment and was looking for a terracotta couch to go with the theme of earthy tones. This couch is almost more burnt orange but still looks very nice. It’s comfortable and big enough for 4-5 people to sit on. The ottoman is huge and deep enough for extra storage for blankets or in my case, games. It also has a slow rising mechanism which is really nice and sturdy so it takes almost no effort lifting the top up. The back and side cushions can all be removed so you can remove and wash the covers or remove them if you have people sleeping on it. The company also has pieces of it that you can customize it to the size of your space which is awesome if you move apartments. It was shipped in five square boxes and I live in an old apartment without elevators and our stairs are small and it was able to fit just fine bringing it into the apartment building. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and very attractive. It’s so hard buying furniture online, but after holding my breath, I’m so glad I got this thing. I put it in a vacation home, it went together easily and I’m thinking about buying another for my finished basement. It looks great styled with various black and ivory pillows.

So the product itself is not bad at all although I can only speak about the ottoman since that is all we have currently. This product ships in multiple boxes, 3 were delivered to a different door in our apartment complex which was taken by whoever lived there, we have one box, and the last is yet to be delivered. I would say if you live in an apartment, don't ship it to there. If you have a friend or family member who has a house, ship it there to prevent delivery mistakes since it will take multiple shipments. This was not at all Amazons fault, Fedex is the one who made the mistake but I wanted to write this review so you know who will be delivering the product. So not a bad product at all, but the delivery is what I am giving a 1 star.
