Very good backing mat
Used it to make pizzas, very good sticking to the surface so don't slide when you operating with dough, easy to clean, perfect for creating your pizza

At first sight it seems a good one, a bit thin but I would like to use it for shaping my bread or pizza on it and then update my review.

Very thin and it's not non-stick
It is very thin. This is not a problem. However, it is not nonstick as it claims. The dough sticks to the mat all the time no matter how wet or dry the dough is, and it is very frustrating kneading even trying to roll the dough into a shape at the last step of making the bread. Some oil or flour is still needed to prevent the dough from sticking to the mat.

Way better than expected
Having only fairly recently got into baking bread amongst other things,i thought i'd get this mat.I'm very glad i did.It's non-stick,the right size for my needs and rolls up easily for safe storage.Was well priced and is getting a lot of use.The printed-on measurements are very handy
