I did have to return the first order. It seemed by many reviews that these ran big so I ordered a size down. Overall, a size down for me, everywhere but the waist was spot on, the waist was about an inch too tight. These pants are long and I'm 5'11" and they would have worked for me, a little bunched up at the top of the shoe, would have been fine without alterations. I was in between a large and extra large, ordered the large and now waiting for the extra large. I expect the waist to be perfect but we'll see about everything else since with the large it was all pretty good. I'll update later but for now, definitely worth the price, really nice quality up front, we'll see as the season goes. I would say go with the size chart for the waist and the fit is relaxed but not overly so, a comfortable fit. I recommend these pants.

I’m a 38” waist so I ordered the large. They’re kind of a snug fit, but the next size XL starts at 40”. Not much play there, then they would be too big.

For good thick and durable. Very comfortable just run long but size fits perfectly around the waist

Great baseball pants for young kids. Super comfortable and easy to wash. The color is a bright white which makes it harder to wash stains. They fit perfectly on my son and he likes the bottom of the pants best.

Pants are way smaller than expected. M is apparently 34-36, but they are more like a 30-32.

Quality pants, but they run longer than expected. Waist is spot on for size. Played in them already and they felt great and comfortable during the games
