It's a good supplement, I notice changes in energy and muscle building

I'll be honest I thought the reviews were over exaggerating,but 2 days after paring this with Creatine, I am able to do double of the amount of the usual weight and sets I normally do. Using the machine for the double hammer curls, my max was 65, but today I was able to do 125! For the able crunch machine, I went from 180 to 325! After a full work out and doing more than usual, I still feel energized!

Not taking this 30 min before a workout I don't perform as well as I do while taking this.I feel good while taking it. I don't seem to have any side effects and it didn't mess up my sleep. I don't drink caffeine or take pre workout.Great quality product. Pill size is easy to swallow and it has no taste like some of the other pills I've taken that have some word veggie capsules

The Review questions are a little silly. There is no flavor. It is a capsule. The flavor is neutral unless you let it dissolve in your mouth and I wouldn't do that. "Ingredient quality"---who knows! (I am not a chemist). However, it appears to work for faster recovery from high intensity weightlifting workouts as well as Muscle Builder (which got too expensive). It is a sample size of the one so the standard of deviation would have to be high but in my own 12-week study with and without, I found that taking this supplement helped me lift heavier weights sooner than when I was not taking it. With the supplement, I was able to lift a heavy weight for 6 reps to failure, and then on the next workout for the same exercise (days later), I was able to increase the weight lifted for another 6 reps to failure. When I was not taking the supplement and even with plenty of rest days, periodically I would hit sticking points and be unable to increase the weight to be lifted. This happened several times over the 12-week period. Many times, I had to repeat the same weight to be lifted for several weeks before I could add weight. When taking the supplement with the same number of rest days, I was able to increase the weight to be lifted on every exercise day. (Since all the other variables were the same, I attribute the weightlifting success I had to the supplement). Currently, the price for a 30 day supply is reasonable. (I hope that as more people buy this, the price does not rocket up like the last brand I was taking. Hopefully, more sales do not translate into a higher price per bottle). Otherwise, I rate this product A++ or 5 Stars.

I'm tall and slender and have always had difficulty packing on lean muscle. Tried protein shakes and other supplements with mixed results but this product has surpassed my expectations. I take care of family and work from home so I workout when I can with a basic home gym (Bowflex, pullup-dip station, ab roller). I take one capsule with breakfast and can workout without fatigue for the rest of the day. Each day I can see and FEEL progress in my muscle gain and physique. Going to stick with this product because it's working.

Before taking this never had an headache at gym. After taking 30 min before gym I was getting headache every time. When I stopped taking never had headache again. Left side top was pounding from pressure. Had to take Tylenol during work to go away. I threw away the rest of the supply.

I’ve used other brands of ATP and they gave the same results are the Jacked factory. I keep buying stuff from jacked factory for two reasons, price and reliable. The supplements work as expectedThis ATP is a great option for a steady and effective energy bump during the day. I take one pill some time between lunch and when I plan to leave work for the day, for the gym. Helps give me some energy and not have the effects of other preworkouts.
