Looks good
Got this as a gift for my husband, he's wanted a phone like this for several years. It's easy to set up, and lighter than expected. My husband spent an hour playing with calling himself and others. He loves that it's a real rotary phone.

Nostalgic Charm
I grabbed the phone in black, and it’s like a piece of the '60s has landed right on my desk. It’s just for looks in my place – not hooking it up to use – but that doesn’t take away from how much I dig this thing. It’s all about that retro vibe for me.This phone is a conversation starter – pun intended. Everyone who comes over can’t help but be drawn to it. They’re always surprised to find out it’s not just a prop but could actually work if I wanted it to.The build is solid (although lighter than the original ones), doesn’t feel or look cheap, and the black color has that cool, classic look – sleek enough to be modern, but with all the vintage details that make it authentic. It fits perfectly with my style, and it’s like a little bit of time travel every time I glance at it.

A Real Phone
I'll admit...I got this as a retro prop, but it is a real phone. One of my children (my youngest) asked me what it was.It is weighted nicely and has a beautiful red color. I don't have a landline, so I cannot test it as a real phone, but it is everything I remember a rotary phone to be. It makes the traditional rotary sound when dialing. It comes with the coiled cord for the handset. As a prop, it does everything I need. It is everything I remember a rotary phone to be.

Retro Decor Fun
This seems to be a working phone as it comes with a cord. I haven't had a land line in over 20 years, but my wife wanted this to decorate with. It's not even close to the old Bell telephones of years ago, in build quality, but...it's going to be decor. My gripe is that the handset cord isn't the same color as the phone and it's hardwired on, so no changing that one out.
