Q: is it 50 amps per bank?

See specs on charger here: http://www.mastervolt.com/products/chargemaster-12v/chargemaster-12-50-3/. This is an excellent charger. I fried 5 sets of batteries b/4 I realized I had a bad charles charger. replaced with Mastervolt.

Q: Can you have different charge profiles on the banks? like 1 bank agm, 1 fla, 1 lifepo4?

No. You can only set it for all the outputs in the same awkward dip switches setting and you still don’t really know what it does as there is no app to monitor it. I eventually added a Victron to my LFP bank and left this one for my AGM only.

Q: Can these be operated in parallel? Like if I want to have 100A of charging capacity?

I believe so - I remember seeing settings for combining multiple units - check the user manual

Q: Does it have a lifepo4 lithium charging profile?

There is a way to set the charging with dip switches to constant voltage. It is a little awkward process, as there is no app or any other way to monitor the charging, it also doesn’t appear in the accompanied guide and you have to search for it online. It wouldn’t matter much if you have a good BMS on your LFP battery as it will control the charging. I’m still using this charger but for my second one I decided to get a Victron.
