Impressive!
I tried another major brand in office for $7,200 but I felt like my left ear was filled with water. The Sony has a vented small sleeve that relieved that sensation. So I hear much better with these and the price was much cheaper! The phone app worked easily to customize them for me. I am happy now that my hearing has improved so much and for a mere fraction of the other pair. The above photo shows how they fit inside the ear canal. Thankfully I don't have to have big units behind my ears.

Not Vented!
As you can see the package is listed as Vented Sleeve. As you can also see they are not Vented!Way to go Sony, you put the wrong product in the Vented packaging! 😵💫
