This stuff is AMAZING, my nails are stronger and my hair feels better and this is just with about a month of taking only one a day. The bottle says 3 a day but I think one is sufficient.Will definitely buy again.

I’ve been taken the marine collagen for several months. Maybe coincidence, but my nail are growing so fast & my hair appears to have halted some of the hair loss I was suffering from. My skin has also improved - it hasn’t cured the wrinkles, but I don’t think there’s a magic potion for that😉. Easy to take, so I’ll continue taking it.

No odour to speak of and although the tablet size could be an issue for some I am OK with them. No idea if they have any effect on skin yet!

Just started these as they were highly recommended by friends, will update this if they don’t perform, they are easy to swallow, I believe they give pain relief, it ive been told they help hair growth and condition, so they must be Quality, good value for the money

I don't usually have a problem but these don't have a really smooth coating so I find them difficult to take.

Large tablets they take bit of swallowing but they do the job!! Happy days 👍👍
