Smudge Kit - White Sage, Palo Santo, Abalone Shell, Smudging Feather for Healing, Purifying, Meditating & Incense (Essentials Plus)

Got this kit for my daughter. The Abalone shell is good size.

I ordered the kit and that same night, was intending to contact another seller about a problem with one of two diffusers that came as a set. Well, I accidentally wrote this seller. He was SO nice in an email response telling me that he believed I had contacted the incorrect seller (and he was right). But, I could just tell by the tone of the writing the reassurance he gave for when I do receive my smudge kit, that if I'm not totally happy, to contact him. I can tell he takes great pride in his product and customer satisfaction. I got the smudge kit. I haven't used it yet because his directions say to open the windows before, during, and I think after smudging. It's been real cold here, so I haven't done it yet. Everything in the kit is beautiful. I smelled the Palo Santo sticks of wood, and I love the smell. I'll probably load up on some of those if they burn well. Another issue, the negative reviews. I was looking because I wanted to make sure that I properly removed my one about the diffusers. I didn't see it in the 4 stars, so I went to the 3 stars. My point is, I usually only look at 1 and 2 star reviews, especially if there are quite a few. The thing is, I see complaints about the size of the turkey feather or something was missing. I hope ya'll called him before you knocked his star rating down. Simply because, we all make mistakes, he's probably packaging 1,000's of these. I can tell he'll make good on any mistake. I gave my long, turkey feather that I found in the yard to my daughter, who got me interested in smudging. Yes, it would be nice if the feather was longer. So, look up turkey feathers. This guy might sell longer ones. Or, use a piece of notebook paper or get a small fan with a Native American design (I actually just wrote that on my Amazon pad of things to hunt for). Last point, I love the idea that the product is coming from a family that has strong Native American background and believe in the truth of the healing. I taught Native American History for 19 years. There is proof that their presence was here 18,000 years ago. They must have been doing something right to live off the land the way they did and be able to heal. It shames me what we whites did to them, taking their land. They let us on it because they don't believe that they "owned" it. Land was for living on and with. The Jamestown Colony would have died if the Native Americans had not helped them survive because they arrived in the winter. So, I don't think I've ever put my personal beliefs into a review, but I have this time. Please, before you knock the seller, think of what we did to them and how they just don't even seem to hold hostility. Living where I do, I have met many Native Americans of the Monacan Tribe, including Chief Branam. Also, people saying the shell or the feather was too small. I'd have to go back and look, but he probably has the measurements written down in the details. I think I got a beautiful shell, everything exactly as described, and am very excited to use it.

This smudge kit is a beautiful, natural, subtle addition to our decor, and serves the wonderful purpose of cleansing our 100+ year old home from the energies that occasionally drift back for a visit.The feather was packed with great care and arrived perfectly.The shell was more beautiful than I even hoped it would be - generous and deep - and nested perfectly in the hand-carved stand.The Palo Santo was treated with extra care, and wrapped to preserve its outstanding dryness. I really appreciated that, as the PS I have at home had suffered dearly from a muggy spring and wouldn’t stay lit for more than a few minutes.Of course the stars of the show, the little sage bundles, arrived in great condition and are perfect as they help clear my home as an ongoing process.I couldn’t recommend JL Local more highly, and the care that they take with their products is phenomenal!

This is a pretty good kit the sage and Holy Wood seemed pretty good quality and smell better than others I've had in the past. you can get them burning pretty easy to smudge the whole apartment as many times as you feel necessaryThe lower Quality Parts of this kit are the little wooden stand and the shell the wooden stand feels like you could break it pretty easily so be careful with it and the shell is outright fake the paint started peeling away after just a single use leaving behind just black flaky hard crusty spots all over inside the shell. I'm assuming it wasn't actually meant to be used just a decorative piece well I bought it to use it and I was kind of disappointed but because the sage is so much better than the other stuff I bought before I can look past it.It is pretty expensive for what it is though but hey looks nice!! I keep it in the living room on the table.

Love the shell, the stand, the smudge sticks, the feather, and especially the PALO SANTO!

I absolutely love my new smudge kit! It was a little bit smaller than I anticipated, but it's honestly perfect! I find it easier to use than my older larger abalone shell. The sage smells wonderful and is the real deal. I am very new to using the Palo Santo, and it smells wonderful as well! But I found that using them both together (I lit the Palo Santo with a candle, then lit the sage with the Palo Santo) that it had a much stronger effect not only in cleansing myself, my crystals, chakra stones, and my home. I plan on using it again tonight during the full worm moon so as to have a much stronger cleansing session. I even had contacted the seller/manufacturer to all of they had any recommendations for a strong matra/blessing to ward off negativity and darkness as I happen to live in a home that's very 'active' in a not so good way. They responded quickly with one and I plan on and am excited to use it tonight. Thank you for a wonderful product at a wonderful price!

Love this smudge kit! Great quality sage and palo santo. I wasn’t sure about the stand, almost got the kit that comes without it but glad I got this one. The shell sits in the stand perfectly, it’s aesthetically pleasing and adds to the experience for me. And the abalone shell is beautiful. The shell that came with my original order was oddly flawed, it was very thin in one spot and a hole formed when I wiped it out after use. I contacted the seller and was thoroughly impressed with the response. Not only did I receive a very friendly and courteous response within hours of my inquiry, but a replacement abalone shell was shipped out to me the same day. When it’s time to replenish I will order from this seller. Best customer service I’ve received from a seller on Amazon!

I am very pleased with this product. Very well presented and packaged. The sage is beautifully wrapped and smells wonderful. The booklet enclosed is very helpful. The abalone shell is very beautiful and came in immaculate shape. Everything in this order was well packaged with care. Well worth the money to purchase it. Thank You!
