This is very streamlined. A great upgrade over my old insulated mugs. This keeps hot things hot very well with the lid on. With it off, they do cool quicker, which is sometimes what I want. It has gone through the dishwasher at least 6 times and is still looking good. I will ask for more as gifts in the future.update. end of april and the mug is showing some fading spots. this is totally my fault because it says to hand wash and i put it in the dishwasher. it doesn’t affect its functionality. i still like it a lot.

Cup holds ice and beverage all day long and stays fresh and cold. You can get your money’s worth at a convenience store if you use it and get no ice. I bought it so I could get my own cup back from the woman that hijacked it and refused to give it back until I got her one.Good product

It's really a fantastic mug. Nice appearance, feels sturdy, and the insulation is top tier. It's got a nice finish, and I love the grip of the handle. Sadly it's all ruined by the lid. It has one of those openings that sits a bit above the inside wall of the mug so your liquid doesn't flow freely, and it starts pouring into the top rim where it kind of pools and runs into your mouth and a bit always remains on the top inside the rim. It's really frustrating but the mug is good quality so I have to give it 3 stars. I didn't even realize it's a screw on lid, which I hate for mugs with a handle. It would be much better with a sealing o-ring lid.

First, it holds 23.7 ounces before over spilling.You can get roughly 22 ounces under the lid.The cup is awesome, the lid, well, needed work.Hopefully they fixed it by now but mine was getting vapor locked, no way for air to get into cup when lid was opened. One very tiny drill hole in slider part of lid, and it works GREAT.Buying another one.

I love the cup itself. A 20oz cup that will fit both in a car cup holder and in a Keurig is unusual. And the handle lets me hang it from a front pants pocket. Based on the cup this would be my favorite of all time.However, the lid is not just a fail, it's a catastrophically bad design. It's so bad it's beyond useless. The so-called seal barely keeps liquid from getting into the cup. The "seal" that is supposed to cover the drinking and vent is a flexible rubber that flaps in the wind, let alone liquid. When it comes to keeping liquid in the cup it's a complete fail. It just moves out of the way and lets the liquid pour out like it's not even there. Just normal walking with a nearly full cup it lets liquid out of the cup. Any bumps, tilts, or tip overs and it's pouring out.If the lid was capable of keeping liquid in the cup, I still wouldn't like it. It will only screw in one direction, meaning it is only for right handed drinkers. I like to use my left hand for my coffee when I'm working. Not an option with this cup unless you ignore the handle.

I love the colour and material but it’s not that practical if you’re moving a lot. I’m a teacher so I’m always everywhere and it’s not very light to carry around. Besides that, it’s beautiful and sturdy.
