Great for Acorn Pancakes
This product was purchased for a book night. We read My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George in which a young man lives in a hemlock tree and lives off the land. He gathers acorns, shells, dried, and powders them to make pancakes. We made yummy pancakes with this starchy flour.

Tastes Ok
I may have used it incorrectly, but I did look up a fee receipes online and thought I got the best one. My daughter used it for a Native American project at school. It did what I. Needed it too.

Do not buy this cancerous product
Read the very very small fine print on the bag: contains lead & cadmium which causes cancer. Why does ground acorn powder contain cancerous lead and cadmium? Ridiculous. This company won’t give me a refund for selling dangerous product. Rip Off.

High Quality 100% acorn flour
I bought this for a science project for a take home lesson for a 3rd and 4th grade class. My students loved the jelly. Their parents, not so much, but that is an American aversion to gelatinous foods. If you like totorimuk, you will like this! Also, great bang for your buck.
