Brilliant for anyone with fragile skin. It's the only dressing you need. Wounds heal quickly and safely.

I am allergic to most dressings but these are great.

I have these dressings as I very fragile skin which tears easily. I use them over the accidental tears in my skin along with steristrips. they remove easily without any discomfort to the wound or further tearing which I have experienced with other adhesive based dressings.Highly recommend.
