LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. If you are super backed up and need something that will work fast and do the trick, get these… Drink a crap ton of water when you take it but just be prepared… It really works after one or two capsules. Please only take one capsule at a time and drink that water or else you'll be in pain. It does cause some discomfort but when I am constipated and really bloated, this is the only thing I feel like completely clears me out. It hasn't caused discomfort every time I use it but does sometimes. If I really need to, I'll take one around lunch time and one at night before I get in bed. I wouldn't recommend taking it first thing in the morning because that's when I noticed having the discomfort. One night, I took 2 capsules because I felt like I needed two over one…that was a mistake. I was up all hours of the night having to run to the bathroom but the next morning, I was so much slimmer and was 4 pounds lighter, I must have been full of poo! Anyways I'm done with my TMI spill lol, I give this a 8.5/10 rating.

Great product worked well

I took this last night and around 30 minutes later i had to use the bathroom, all was good until i sat on the toilet, i started getting EXTREMELY lightheaded and i started to loose my vision, I also started sweating profusely and the pain was unbearable, i was extremely close to calling 911 because i genuinely didnt know if i was going to pass out or die, i had never felt anything like that before EVER. I got up from the toilet and tried to get to my bed but I almost passed out and I couldnt even see anything because half of my vision was completely gone. I would NOT recommend taking this.

Brought these for my husband and I to try while we were feeling bloated. The pills definitely cleanse! But the stomach aches and constant need to go to the restroom aren’t worth it. After our cleanse finished we were both extremely constipated and are needing to take miralax every few days to get things going. The pills are awfully large so if you’re not great at taking pills I wouldn’t recommend.. I choked many times and it was awful lol

The first time I took this supplement, I followed the directions and I took two. For me, that was a big mistake because it caused significant stomach cramping and pain. However, it did the job and it did its job very well. My first trip to the bathroom Was a doozy. I continue to get relief as the day progressed. After the first day, I took one pill per day. It was just as effective. These pills completely flushed out my system, and helped to significantly reduce bloating. I lost 3 pounds within the first day of using it.
