This is a great product. Probiotics is in the news in a big way and I have tried yogurts to help with gut health. This capsule makes it easy to have a healthy gut. It's easy to take and the fact that it has a great shelf life make it a good purchase choice.It is also affordable and since it has a long shelf life can be purchased in bulk.I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now and feel the benefits. It stops me feeling bloated after a heavy meal and it keeps me feeling healthier. I haven't tried it for weight loss but it does help with bloat.It is recommended for immune health too so it's benefits are manifold. It is definitely good value for money.

These probiotocs were easy to digest with no lingering after taste. I was also excited there wasn't any overly pungent odor typically associated with probiotocs. The fact that they were shelf sustainable ease a huge plus because there was not a huge worry if I forgot to put them back in the fridge as I've been known to do with others. These were gentle and effective on my tummy, they helped me become regular without any cramping or explosive feelings! I'll definitely repurchase these brand probiotocs!

I have been using these for 4 mths and they do a nice job I use antibotics alot and these supplement my digestive system nicely I actually before used 30dollar probiotics which worked ok but I tried these to cut costs and I am happy with them as my Doctors and Nurses are happy with the results

Seems like a good product to have and take. Haven't been taking it for too long yet although it's just a probiotic you can't really see or feel any difference but we'll see if it gives me a better and overall stomach digestive situation.

I just started this probiotic. I hope it helps with ibs & constipation. I am alittle confused as to why you need to take 2 supplements at different times. I was on a probiotic that was 50 billion & it was 1 capsule that you take once aday. Any response would be appreciated. The shipping was fast and so was delivery. Too soon to rate effectiveness.
