Pillow Wad Maxi Straw 3Kg

I know tortoise groups don't recommend hay or straw for tortoises, but I have used this dust extracted barley straw for the past sux or 7 years both in the boxes and to hibernate my 70 year old tortoises. They have come to no harm and its so long they don't tend to ingest it and also its soft and isn't too dusty. I always start afresh with less in the spring and build it up as the colder weather ensues, finally hibernating them in this straw. They seem to thrive every year.

Bought this to use inside my koi pond filter has worked perfectly and cheaper than buying "pond straw" same thing!!!

I bought 2 of these for outside cat houses for stray cats I didn't know that 1 pack goes a long way I have only used just over half of 1 pack the straw is clean and it's great value for money

My cat, when he's outside, he loves going out, but likes yo sif kn straw 🙂It's quite a big bag and will definitely last all winter, smells ok too and no dust.

Purchased at the end of July 2020. A huge bag, bigger than I anticipated. I wish that there had been more detail added to the product description for me to understand that it wasn't heat treated. I saw a review that said someone had used it for their strawberries and thought I could use it for mulch for my plants/vegetable. I imagine if this was bough for pet feed or bedding it would be great, however, although it did serve to retain moisture it sprouted grass in not just the plant pots but wherever the breeze/birds/squirrels might take it. I will be giving it away to anyone that has pets and wants it.

La paille est de qualité correcte, mais question prix, ça passe les bornes ! Heureusement c’était juste en dépannage, en attendant ma botte à 1€....

J'aime ce produit pour mes poules, malheureusement il est arrivé le 21/02.

Très mauvaise qualité de la paille qui dégageait une odeur de moisi. Humidité du produit très importante constatée lors de l'ouverture de son emballage
