False Advertising. Knives are not made in Germany. Mine say made in Spain. Knives are sharp and of good quality

Only ordered this expensive product due to it being made in GERMANY but when i received them they were all made in SPAIN. Returned immediately, not worth this kind of price point!

We have wanted and researched all of the Henckels knives for quite sometime to get the best for our needs. After determining Zwilling Henckels (twin logo) were the way to go. This block set had the most knives we needed for our everyday use (both of us love to cook) and was the best value for our money. I would not consider it giftable because it does not come with steak knives and has 8 slots for knives but only comes with 7 knives which would appear to be an incomplete set if given as a gift. We already own non-serrated steak knives which we prefer and we will eventually purchase an 8th knife to fill all slots. For our own use, this set is awesome. I must say if you are not used to using and/or washing very sharp knives, use a lot of caution, your fingers will thank you. Mine did not fare so well in the beginning!

I work at a restaurant and these knives are amazing to use there, theres no technique these don’t help me achieve.
