I was having trouble keeping anything down, and learned that it was gallbladder. In the months prior, I was trying to stay hydrated, and a friend recommended this product. I absolutely love it. All of the flavors are delicious and the extra electrolytes helped keep me hydrated. FYI, it’s also good for a hangover. Lol.

Good price, variety of flavors, keeps you hydrated

For what these are, they are pretty good. They taste really good. My personal drawback, is I was unaware until I bought them and they got here that they contain glucose and sugar . For me currently I am really trying to stay away from that. I Indiana that sugar and glucose are in a lot of these because combined they have a synergystic relationship with each other but I also know that most new options do not contain sugar so just beware. They provide instant energy and the feeling of stabalization while you are doing high anything strenuous. Very good flavors .

Grat product, too expensive

These seem to work better after a workout. A lot less muscle fatigue. Tastes good and he can just dump it into his water bottle, add water and he is good to go.
