This Anti theft device is incredibly solid, what looks like machined aluminum is very beefy, has 2 keys, and is very tight when closed and locked, has a metal cable and rubber bushings to keep anything from getting scratches, the actual usage of this is quite good Idea as it is pulling the lever inward so it is engaged making it much more difficult for theft, very good product for the price.

A very simple concept, lock the brakes and your MC or ATV is not going anywhere easily. This lockIs solidly constructed and will resist all but the most aggressive cutting tools. The push down vending machine lock also adds another layer of target hardening. The option to secure your helmet as well with the included cable is an appreciated bonus.I tried this on both my Goldwing and Polaris 570 and it fit both machines with no issue.The lock includes two sizes of rubber inserts for thicker or thinner handgrip sizes as well as 3 keys.Can it be defeated? - probably with the right tools and of course TIME, these devices are made to protect from and make it much harder for the average thief who wants to make a quick getaway with your ride.You can mount the lock with the keyhole facing up or down, I’d suggest down to keep any moisture out and further discourage any attempts at tampering (depending on the environment you’re parked in).

Great idea and great build quality. I got this because I was looking for additional ways to help ensure that my bike remains with me. This lock is a great buy and easy to use. Though there is one thing that has me scratching my head and that is the cable. I figured out how one end is attached to the lock, but nothing for the other end. Also, there are no instructions included, no manual or support contact information. With those missing, I can only give four stars.

I got this lock for some extra theft protection for one of my husbands Harleys. It is a very well made, heavy duty lock that is also easy to install and doesn't look hideous on the bike. It fits both my husbands Sportster and Street Glide perfectly. We definitely don't have to worry about his bike getting stolen with this lock. The lock can easily be locked and unlocked and you can even use it to hang your helmet on when your not using it. This lock is worth the $25 asking price.

This lock is a heavy unit and that alone makes me feel better.I've installed this on three different bikes, as pictured - 2022 Indian Scout Bobber (1 1/4″ handlebar) - 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 650r (7/8") - 1996 Honda F3 CBR 600 (7/8")The Indian was a very tight fit. On top of that, the brake lever was a challenge to get aligned. I wouldn't be pleased to install this daily with that setup personally, but it does work. The front brake was applying a lot of force to make this work.The Ninja was a perfect fit for both the handle bar girth and brake lever distance. The brake was engaged.The same can not be said for the Honda, but using the adjustment sleeves it would work if needed. Even loose, you couldn't get it off, however the brake wasn't engaged.The cable lock is plenty long enough to wrap through the d-clip or through the visor, if desired.By far the best option imo, but I typically hang my helmet from my right bar anyhow.
