Weird color and not fine breadcrumbs but tastes great and very crispy

This product is a bit pricey, considering that it's just crumbs, but I've used these for many things, including garnish on a salad, a substitute on pasta for Parmesan cheese, and on other dishes where the golden color and crunchiness improved the taste and presentation.

I love Pereg products, can’t find them anywhere else, so glad that Amazon has them, I just wish they had more choices of this product!!!!

This was not fine ground Panko. And it’s orange. Just use regular Panko.

I use it for breading on fish, chicken chops
