Did not fit 2023 Defender 90
This seemed like a sturdy, well made product and the concept is great, but it would not mount to my 2023 Defender 90. At its fully tightened position it is about 1/8th inch too loose to grip the dash and just falls off.

I found it mounts best to the left
The product did not mount great to the right of my steering wheel between the wheel and the radio. Mounting to the right of the steering wheel is the location shown in the pictures. I tried mounting on the dash to the left of my steering wheel and it is secure and works great on that side. You have to wind the power cord over your steering wheel which isn’t ideal but I found that if I wrap the cord once around the windshield wiper stalk it stays in place and is out of the way.

Sturdy and holds in place
If installed properly it works great.Shift it from side to side to find the tightest fit.

It blocks airflow.
It’s a great product just wish it didn’t block the air coming from vent. There is really only one good place for it.

Item doesn't fit or work properly.
The item didn't fit properly on my 2024 Defender. Wasted my money on something based on description and didn't work at all.

Mount-great, attachments terrible
The metal mount is excellent, from the point where the plastic starts is the problem…the ball mount keeps unscrewing, the phone mount doesn’t get tight enough and the phone keeps tilting left and right. When I tried to tighten any of it, I started to hear the plastic breaking and knew that any more and it was bound to break…my recommendation is to use this for any other ball mounts and phone mounts that might fit considering how specific the Defender options are for mounting phones.

It DOES fit the new Defender - but you need to look up the youtube video...
When I received this, could not get it to close all the way without a gap, thus defeating the purpose. I was all set to return it but decided to just try finding a youtube video...after that...fit perfectly! You need to install it just right and it tightens up perfectly and only takes about a minute. Trust me, this mount is fantastic once you watch the video.

Not even close to fitting
Listen to all the reviews, this thing unfortunately does not fit.
