First carry on I am purchasing in 15 yrs. Looks nice and simple. Combination reset easy. They send me the wrong color though.

got tired of carrying a duffel bag. so bought this. lots of room for such a small size. I can pack about 4 days worth of cloths for business trips. wheels are smooth. comes with a TSA lock which is easy to set. the telescope handle feels unsturdy but has held up well so I guess it is stronger than it feels. fits well in all plane overheads.

Have gone through 2 of these suitcases in only 2 trips. Very disappointing to pay this much money for a brand name suitcase to have the zipper quit working on day 1 of my 2 week European vacation. I had to buy a "belt" to keep it together for the rest of my journey. And when I say it quit working, what happened is it just wouldn't stay zipped. It kept unzipping in the middle of the zip.Upon returning from our trip, I returned it to Amazon and had a replacement sent. I was hoping it was just one bad zipper as the Samsonite name is good, right? Well, my second suitcase worked for one trip and after packing for my second trip the zipper did the same thing as the original suitcase zipper and wouldn't stay zipped in certain places. It just opens up. Thankfully I was still at home packing so I was able to swap out with my older, cheaper, non name brand suitcase and head to the airport. I am way past the return window and am truly disappointed in Samsonite. I have no use for a suitcase with a non working zipper. Save your money and buy something else. It's been a hassle.

Decided to replace my very old soft side with a hard side. Rolls easily and I do not have to worry about bugs and dirt getting all over the fabric of the soft side.

I bought it in 2019 before my trip to Cuba.The shipment was so quick that I packed up and headed to the airport the next day I received this luggage bag. The first time when I hold it on my hand, I was amazed by how smooth those wheels were, and how light it was. More importantly, the total size of it was so small but it still contained so many stuffs. WIth the help of it, the whole trip to cuba was so convenient! I carried my favorite board games to play with my best friends, my clothes for daily exchange, some hand-made wooden statues that I bought from cuba, and several books for someone who was living in Havana: my loved girl. Can't believe it can carry so many stuffs just in this tiny case! I can't have such a wonderful and harmonious trip to cuba without it!A year later when the pandemic happened, my parents always wanted me to fly back to China to accompany them. Everything was so messy because my flights, my final terms, and the schedule for self-quarantine all came together at the same time. I literally couldn't carry so many luggages with me but this tiny luggage solved all problems! I carried my two laptops and one ipad in it because I had to continue my online study during quarantine. It was so easy to take them out for customs checking!Until now I have returned to Columbus and this luggage still accompanied my trip back to campus. There are no any damage during such a long time! I loved this luggage bag so much and I would use it for the rest of my lifetime!
