Super sharp
The knife is good but the sheath sucks. While sheathing the knife, the blade tip went through the side of the leather case.

My favorite knife.
I love this knife. I use it for everything. I like to cut my steak tissue thin and this does the trick. Very happy with this purchase. Only had to sharpen it a few times. I handle is holding up well. I do not put it in the dishwasher.

This is a great knife
I bought this specifically to disassemble a turkey for Thanksgiving. It sliced through it like butter, it is very sharp right out of the box.It balanced well in my hand, and feels sturdy. Fir me it was worth the money and I am glad I didn't have to purchase a more expensive knife.
