No different to soapy water
What a waste of money, it dried white and created more of a mess, efforts used to wash the residue it left behind, once cleaned the original stains still there as they were before using this item.

Waste of time and money
Doesn't work at all. Doesn't remove cement as thin as 1mm, let alone concrete mixer residue as claimed. What it does is a lot of mess.
