Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are a game changer to your coffee in the morning. It has a delicious flavor. I make them last even longer because you really only need half a pack for your regular sized coffee cup. I use them with a flavored collagen and you really do not need much else. And I like my coffee sweeter. I can’t do black coffee.

I put half of the packet in my coffee on the days i run. It mixes well and tastes great! A whole packet is too salty.

At first I wasn't a fan, however its because I was mixing it into my coffee. It's not good hot (in my opinion). So it sat around for months un-used. Fast forward to current date. I ran out of my most favorite flavor the chili mango, and out of desperation, and not wanting to buy another box when my shipment was 5 days away. I decided to try the Carmel ones again. This time I used ice water and added a splash of heavy cream and OMG this was delicious. Reminds me of a Carmel macchiato over ice even though there no coffee in it.

I had high hopes for this as I am fasting and thought it maybe good in my coffee. The reviews were so positive. It was gross! Maybe I underestimated the amount of salt - it was so overwhelming i couldn’t drink it and it made me nauseous. And i didn’t check the refund policy before buying the nearly $40 box - no refunds? That’s crazy.

I tend to get very deficient on sodium very quickly. This drink actually helps me make it through the summer. I do buy the chocolate caramel, but I don’t put it in coffee. I put it with ice and it kind of almost doubles as battle in the sweet tooth that I might have for chocolate or coffee. So it kind of does double duty. The amount of sodium did kind of scare me at first, but without it, I don’t function like I should. Or as optimally as I should, I guess for a lack of better words. Below is what I got in an email from LMNT. Just thought I’d pass it along. The taste was…. Bad. Sorry..Surprisingly enough, all the tastes I hate normally, like grapefruit etc etc I’ve liked and all the tastes I like I’ve hated with LMNT

I ordered chocolate and got chocolate caramel instead. Its still delicious but not what I ordered!I love all the LMNT flavors but find them rather spendy. I do make the DIY version of LMNT for the lemon, lime and orange flavors. Thank you LMNT for sharing your recipe but I cant find the recipe for the chocolate one. Maybe its a secret?I have to make room in my budget to buy the chocolate one, I find I can have this in my coffee or even in plain hot water and it will stop my chocolate crave..I find this product expensive, would be nice if you could pick the flavors for the sample pack.But the quality is good.

Great electrolytes. But chocolate caramel flavor is gross (IMO).
