Worth the price
Wow! Delicious, nice bag. When I rinsed them the water wasn't even dirty much like other beans from store. These are our preferred & I'm glad I found them cheaper here!! I make a big pot & freeze in small containers.

NOT Mayacoba Beans.
Don’t know what kind of beans these are. NOT Mayacoba Beans. I was pleased with my first purchase, but NOT the most recent. Mayacoba beans are NOT SPECKLED, nor should they have had ANY dark colored beans in them that looked more like ROCKS. I will not be purchasing any more American grown “Mayacoba”. Don’t trust it anymore. I purchased another brand at the same time as the ones I purchased from High Plains. Disappointed ☹️

Bulk size
It was quick shipping but the beans seem to be old and much harder to get them cooked right. It took me twice as long to get them to a soft stage.
