Crock Pot Artisan 10 Inch Enameled Cast Iron Round Skillet, Scarlet Red

I bought this because I needed something bigger than my 6 inch cast-iron and something smaller than the 12 inch so this was the ‘Jan Brady’ of cast-iron pans. I have given up the standard cast-iron pan for the enamel versions and I love them. If you have trouble getting your enamel clean- order “The Lodge” enamel cleaner, and you won’t ever have a problem again.This makes it easy to do breakfast keto style and it is so convenient that I ordered a second one. It is not too heavy, it’s easy to clean, it’s just the right size for one or two people.

So far I love the skillet. Cooks well and easy clean up. The helper handle is a big plus as I am older and have arthritis in my hands.

If I could give minus stars I would.I bought a whole variety of their cast iron cookware for our brand new induction stove - which they say they’re compatible for.After two uses the bottom of the pan had chipped in three areas and burned into my stove. I’m not new to enameled cast iron. I know how to store them, care for them, and handle themThey don’t have customer service. Their warranty claims are a lie. Do not buy from them. You cannot get them on the phone. I receive a pathetic email three weeks later referring me to their manufacturer??? They’ve done nothing to resolve this issue.I’m left with a broken stove. Amazon gave me the money back thankfully.DON’t buy from this brand.

Great for cooking. I wish I knew how to stop the bottom from sticking though. It’s a little difficult to clean because you can’t use a scrapper or any type of metal on it. Instructions say to stick to silicone or soft spatulas/spoons. Very durable though. The color is perfect. It’s fairly heavy. 4/5 stars.

This very heavy, cast iron pan appears to cook very evenly and cleans up nicely, without all of the nonstick chemicals like some of those other pans. Be warned, this thing is heavy. As a bonus, since both ends have handles, the pan is nicely balanced and easy to wash and carry.

Love this pan. We made dinner and left the pan to sit and cool off. All I needed was a dish cloth to clean the pan and it got all the stuck on food off.
