Kitchen 8 Inch Chef's Knife High Carbon Stainless Steel Sharp Gyutou Knives Ergonomic Equipment

I got these knives today and couldn't wait to try them. I've never had a ceramic knife and was extremely happy at the sharpness of the blades. I immediately put them to the tomato test. They passed with flying colors. No squishing just a nice clean cut. I only had to guide the blade as it sliced easily through the tomato. I also used a plastic wrapped cucumber as a test. With one swing of the knife it sliced right through the plastic and the cucumber. I'm very impressed. Because the blades are so sharp it was nice that each blade has a rigid plastic cover. It also came with a vegetable peeler which was a nice touch.

This is a slick knife set! Each knife has its own cover and they have sliced right through everything we have thrown at them. I was surprised that the box they come in was so nice also! Would make a great gift box

Terrible quality! Ice owned them one month with light use and a few days ago a large chunk of the blade on the large knife busted out of the center of the blade while slicing vegetables and the next day the blade on the paring knife fell out of the handle. Threw away, waste of money

Very blunt. I sharpen them and it does not even last for a week. They came very nicely packaged though.

Absolute junk. This is the second knife that broke (pictured) after the Chef’s knife broke first. Save your money.

Love love the ceramic knife set. Just have to be careful with them because they can break as they are made of glass. But no sharpening

The description says that these are ceramic but they feel different from my other ceramic knives that I have. They almost feel like they are stainless steel but coated with ceramic so I’m not sure how long they will stay sharp.

Excellent knives! Inexpensive, and a good set to see what Ceramic knives were all about! Well worth the $20+ for the set.
