Affordable
No complaints. Pages are thin, but this is to be expected. Great value, affordable bible.

Highly recommended
I love this Bible. The NLT is a wonderful translation for sharing the Gospel—especially with those who are just starting out in their faith, children, or readers for whom English is not their first language. It works beautifully for guided Bible study, casual reading, or even as a thoughtful gift. I purchased two copies myself: one to gift to a friend interested in Christ, and one to read together with my wife, who finds this translation much easier to follow.Compared to other versions, the NLT reads much more smoothly—I find I can move through the text nearly twice as fast as the KJV and at least 50% faster than the NIV. This makes it approachable without sacrificing meaning. As for the Bible itself, the hardcover feels solid and has a nice, professional “Bible feel.” The simple cover design gives it a clean, impactful look. The only drawback is that the pages are quite thin, which means it’s easy to turn multiple pages at once, and there is some text bleed-through from the other side. However, the print remains clear and very readable, so I don’t find it distracting. For the price, the value is incredible. For less than the cost of a meal, you can own a Bible that is easy to read, share, and gift. Whether you’re exploring a new translation or looking for an affordable way to share God’s Word with others, this edition is an excellent choice.

Great inexpensive hardback to add to your collection of bibles.
Great quality for the price. It does have very thin pages but the binding is really nice. Reminds me of the bibles you see in hotel rooms. I’d suggest reading this translation as a beginner level of reading and studying the Bible.

tiny print
I love the look of the bible and the size of the book itself. However, the print is much too small. I was looking for a chairside bible that I could grab and follow along with a televised service or just as a devotional. Unfortunately, the print is not easy to quickly focus on, even with reading glasses.

Hardcover is nice, pages thin and see thru, small font
The hardcover is nice and the paper feels nice. But the pages are thin and it shows alot of the print from the back. Combine the see thru pages and the small font, it makes it hard to read. I bought this and a cheaper paperback version and the paperback had bigger font. I will probably gift this to someone else. Too bad, because I love the hardcover on this one.
